Meet our Front of House Staff

JAMES DUGGAN

Head of Patron Services

James has directing credits including Erasure and Playwriting 101 for TNP’s Readers Theatre, assistant directing These Shining Lives, and directing Boeing Boeing and The Game’s Afoot. Acting credits include: Bernard/Don’t Dress for Dinner, Roger and Omar/Maple and Vine, Mr. Hilton/Coney Island Christmas, Ellard/The Foreigner, and Garry and Roger/Noises Off. James studied acting with the New Theatre Conservatory in Boston and Shakespeare and Company in Lenox, Massachusetts. Some of his favorite roles include: Max/Lend Me A Tenor, Mike Talman/Wait Until Dark, Chris Keller/All My Sons, Jimmy Zoole/P.S. Your Cat Is Dead, and Tartuffe/Tartuffe. James would like to thank everyone involved in this production and TNP for their continuous support.

ADAM FASANO

House Manager

Adam, a dedicated Front of House Manager, joined the Naples Players in 2018 and is originally from Poughkeepsie, New York. Starting as a volunteer performer, his passion for theater grew, leading him to various musical productions. Transitioning into a staff role, Adam served as a Box Office Associate for two and a half years, showcasing exceptional organizational skills and dedication to smooth operations. Recognizing his contributions, Adam was promoted to House Manager in 2024. He ensures top professionalism, overseeing front-of-house operations for an enjoyable patron experience. Adam’s journey from volunteer to staff reflects his passion and commitment to the Naples Players community, making him an invaluable asset.

CARL JOHNSON

Assistant House Manager

Carl started as a Box Office Assistant in 2021 but grew to love the bustling excitement of the front of house evene more. He is the tech savvy one in the group. Always willing to help others and provide insight when needed. He is very optimistic and friendly and does best to help everyone understand their tasks.

DAN MILLER

Assistant House Manager

Dan moved to Naples full-time in the summer of 2015. Having been involved in community theater in Chicago for over 25 years, volunteering for the Naples Players was just a natural fit. After several extremely satisfying years as a volunteer usher, he transitioned to Assistant Front of House Manager. As an usher and now assistant manager, working at the theater is like accepting visitors into your home. He believes that hospitality is key to helping patrons have a wonderful theater experience which keeps them coming back.
