Board of Directors
The Board of Directors provides long-term oversight that keeps The Naples Players healthy and mission-driven. They safeguard financial stability, ensure governance with laws and best practices, and ensure that our work reflects the community we serve. They support the CEO & Executive Artistic Director's vision, help guide major strategic decisions, and uphold the values that shape our programs and partnerships. Their leadership creates the framework that allows the staff and volunteers to do their best work onstage, in classrooms, and throughout the community.

The staff of The Naples Players carries out the day-to-day work that brings our mission to life.
