A monthly improv jam session for beginner to advanced improvisers to drop-in and hone their skills, create new characters, learn new games, strengthen open scene work, and exchange ideas.
In this workshop based approach to acting students will work the tools of the craft through scenes and monologues by practicing, observing, and voicing constructive feedback of ideas and reactions about themselves and other performers. Students will shape their material, build a comfort level, and work hard with personal coaching from Diane. Outside work is suggested to facilitate class work. The session will culminate in an invited Showcase to present the progress of all the students in Diane’s class.
