Arts Access, Trainings & Partnerships
Building community through inclusion
Our mission to build community through exceptional access to the power of theatre reaches far beyond our classrooms and stages. Arts Access brings together the programs, resources, and partnerships that remove barriers and open the door to people of all abilities - and use theater to make a positive impact across our community.
Through sensory-friendly experiences, accessibility support, and collaborations with more than 45 local organizations, we are expanding how theatre can serve its community. By meeting people where they are — from the Collier County Sheriff's office, to schools, the Naples Comprehensive Health (NCH) hospitals, senior centers, and neighborhood programs — we are showing how the arts can foster connection, understanding, and meaningful change.
Accessibility at TNP
Accessibility at TNP includes wheelchair access, assisted-listening devices, sensory-friendly options, and dedicated staff support to ensure all guests can fully enjoy their visit.
Sensory Booth
The Sensory Booth provides a quiet, adjustable space where families can watch the performance with individualized control of sound, lighting, and comfort.
Partnership Programs
Our partnerships with local schools, hospitals, nonprofits, and community groups bring theatre-based programs and support to people throughout Southwest Florida.
Corporate Trainings
Our Creative Communication workshops use theatre fundamentals and improvisation to strengthen team building, sharpen communication, and inspire creativity in the workplace.
Auditions & Performing
Become a performer at The Naples Players
Our volunteer performers are integral in making our quality productions possible. We are committed to providing you with a volunteer experience in which you will have fun and learn something new.
We find that the fear of auditioning often prevents those with amazing talents from ever taking the opportunity to “try-out” for a show. But rest assured, at The Naples Players, we are excited to encourage your talents.

Internships
Internships at TNP give high school, college, and early-career students hands-on experience in performance, production, and arts administration. With JR Internships for high schoolers, summer positions for college students, and full-year roles for recent graduates, interns work side by side with staff and contribute directly to our shows, classes, and community programs.
