Introductory Workshop (2 hours)

This session gives teams a focused introduction to key communication tools using improv and theatre-based activities. Participants practice active listening, quick thinking, and clear collaboration in a low-pressure setting. It’s a strong one-time option for building connection and improving day-to-day communication.
Includes:

  • Core improv and communication exercises
  • Group activities that strengthen listening and teamwork
  • Practice responding in the moment
  • Tools for clearer, more confident communication
A corporate Training

In-Depth Series (4 sessions)

This multi-session option gives teams more time to learn, apply, and reinforce new skills. It includes:

  • 2-hour Intro Workshop: A foundation in active listening, adaptability, and collaborative communication.
  • Two 1.5-hour Customized Sessions: Deeper work tailored to your team’s goals, such as leadership communication, creative problem-solving, managing conflict, or improving presentations.
  • 1-hour Wrap-Up and Review: A final session to solidify lessons, answer questions, and give teams take-home exercises so the skills continue long after the training.
