Showcase

The Academy offers a wide range of classes for adults and students of every age and ability. Our programs run throughout the year and include weekend workshops, multi-week classes, summer camps, inclusive programs, and full-scale productions that give students the chance to apply what they learn in a real performance setting. We are also home to Southwest Florida’s only full-time performing arts middle and high school, the Baker Day School, which provides an immersive academic and artistic experience for young people who want a deeper level of training. In addition, The Academy features the region’s only dedicated educational theater, The Tanya & Denny Glass Educational Theater (Learn More), which gives students a professional environment to grow their skills onstage and behind the scenes.

Our classes help students build confidence, spark creativity, and strengthen their communication skills. Along the way, they receive focused instruction in acting, voice, movement, improv, musical theatre, technical theatre, and other core areas that shape well-rounded performers and thoughtful artists. Whether someone is stepping into a class for the first time or looking to take the next step in their training, The Academy offers a supportive, joyful space where learning feels exciting and growth feels possible. It is a place where discipline and discovery come together, and where every person can explore their potential through the power of theatre.

Thanks to a generous donation from the Brooks and Joan Fortune Family Foundation, The Naples Players offers needs-based scholarships for students interested in TNPA's after-school education classes.
