The Kizzie Theater
The new Kizzie Theater (formerly Blackburn Hall) reopened in June 2024 as Phase 1 of our ongoing $22 million renovation project.

- Unobscured Balcony Views in a “Broadway” style theater.
- The STEP Fund Sensory Friendly Viewing Room – the only one in the USA

SEAT MAP
In the Kizzie Theater, the following seats have swivel armrests for easier transitioning: E1, E27, H1, H32, L1, L33; seats in row F can be removed for wheelchair or scooter seating, as well as sections Q, R, S, T.
The Price Studio Theater
The new Price Studio Theater (formerly Toybe Studio) was completed in October 2024 as part of Phase 2 of our ongoing $22 million renovation project.

- New “black-box” style theater for major season productions
- Excellent wheelchair access (see map & notes)
- State-of-the-art Tension Grid System

In the Price Studio Theater, seats in rows A, D, G can be removed for wheelchair or scooter seating.
The Glass Educational Theater
The brand new Glass Educational Theater opened in October 2024 as part of Phase 2 of our ongoing $22 million renovation project.

Features:
- Floor-to-ceiling windows for maximum natural lighting – closed off by curtains for daytime performances.
- Retractable seating for flexible arrangements and usage – allowing for lectures, performances, and classes in one day.
- State-of-the-art Tension Grid System

In the Glass Educational Theater, seats in rows A or B can be removed for wheelchair or scooter seating.
The Brallahan Actors Studio
The new Brallahan Acting Studio opened in October 2024 as part of Phase 2 of our ongoing $22 million renovation project.

- Intimate seating for readings, lectures, cabarets, and challenging productions.
- Flexible “black-box” style theater
- General Admission Seating
In the Brallahan Actors Sudio, wheelchair or scooter seating is readily available.
