You can see a full list of "access" features per-venue during the check-out process, simply click "Venue Access" once you have selected a performance.
Additionally, an “access concierge” is available in the lobby during any performance, and you can visit our Box Office in person Monday – Saturday 10 am- 7 pm, (call (239)263-7990, or email [email protected]) to learn more about what we can do for you.
Additional information about the services we provide are listed below.
Your Visit, Step by Step!
The Naples Players is happy to provide you the “social story” video about visiting our theater.
Social stories provide a clear, visual, and step-by-step guide that can ease anxiety, set expectations, and ensure a comfortable visit. Whether you’re attending with children, individuals with sensory sensitivities, or simply want to familiarize yourself with the theatre’s layout and policies, our social story can help you feel confident and prepared.
It’s a simple and engaging way to enhance your theatre experience and ensure you can focus on enjoying the performance!

- Once you arrive at the theater, connect to our “Assisted Listening” wifi network and you’ll be able to connect our system directly to your Bluetooth compatible device or hearing aid!
