FAQ's

What are your Box Office hours?

Our team is available in person and by phone during regular business hours (10am-7pm, Monday-Saturday) and opens at least one hour before every performance. Hours may vary on holidays.

Can I refund or return my tickets?

All ticket sales are final and we are not able to offer refunds. If you can’t attend, you are welcome to forward your tickets to a friend through your online account. You may also return your tickets to the theatre and request a tax-deduction acknowledgment for the value of the unused seats.

Can I exchange my tickets for a different performance?

Yes. Exchanges are available up to 24 hours before your scheduled performance for a small exchange fee. If the new tickets cost more, the difference will be added to your order. Seating is based on availability. Tickets can only be exchanged for productions within the same season, and some special events may not be eligible.
For help with an exchange, contact the Box Office.

How do I forward tickets to a friend?

You can easily transfer your digital tickets to someone else by logging into your online account and selecting the “Forward Tickets” option. Once forwarded, the new guest can scan their ticket on arrival using their phone.
If you need assistance, our team is happy to walk you through it.

What if I cannot attend and it is too late to exchange?

You can donate your tickets back to help support our mission. Your seats will be released to another guest and you may request a tax-deductible acknowledgment.

How will I receive my tickets?

Tickets are sent digitally and can be shown on your phone for fast entry. You may also pick them up at Will Call or request mail delivery if purchased far enough in advance. Your tickets can always be viewed digitally by logging-in to your account and selecting "Orders."

Do I need an ID to pick up tickets?

Yes. Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the ticket order.

What happens if I arrive late?

show. Our ushers will guide you to your seats at the first appropriate moment if seating can be accommodated.

Guests who arrive after the scheduled showtime may have their seats released and re-sold to waiting patrons without refund. Arriving early ensures you can enjoy the full performance without disruption.

What if a performance is canceled or rescheduled?

If a performance is canceled or rescheduled by The Naples Players, ticket holders will be contacted directly with options that may include an exchange, account credit, or alternate arrangements.
If you do not hear from us, the performance is running as planned.

Can children attend any performance?

Families are welcome at many of our shows. Some productions may include mature themes, and age recommendations are listed on each show page to help you decide what is right for your family.

All guests, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Children must be able to sit in their own seat without disrupting other patrons. If a child becomes distressed, we may ask a parent or guardian to step into the lobby until they are comfortable returning.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer group rates, discounts, and "Pay What You Can" seats for select productions. Visit Groups and Discounts for current opportunities.

Do you accept tickets purchased through third-party sellers?

No. We cannot verify or honor tickets bought anywhere other than The Naples Players. Unauthorized sellers may issue fraudulent or invalid tickets, and we are unable to assist if that occurs.https://my.naplesplayers.org/gift-vouchers

What if I lose my ticket or cannot find my confirmation email?

No problem. We can reissue your digital tickets at the Box Office or resend them by email. We may ask to verify your name or purchase details for security. You can also find your tickets online in your account under "Orders."

Do you have a full list of Ticketing Policies?

Yes, here is a complete list of Ticketing Policies

Do changes in casting or programming qualify for refunds or credits?

Live performance sometimes requires adjustments. Changes in casting, creative teams, production elements, or performance order do not create eligibility for refunds or exchanges.

Are there additional ticketing fees?

Some purchases may include service fees that help support ticketing and technology costs. Any applicable fees will appear during checkout so there are no surprises (Season Ticket Holders avoid service fees).

Do you sell or accept gift certificates?

Yes. Gift certificates are available in any amount and can be used for most tickets and classes. They can be purchased online or through the Box Office.

Are service animals allowed?

Yes. Service animals trained to perform specific tasks for a person with a disability are welcome. Comfort or emotional support animals are not permitted inside the performance spaces.

What if the weather is bad?

Performances continue as scheduled unless you are notified otherwise by The Naples Players. Because weather is unpredictable in Florida, we encourage guests to allow extra travel time during storms.

Are drinks allowed in the theater?

Yes. Most beverages and snacks may be enjoyed inside the theater. Please check with our staff during your visit if you have any questions. Outside food cannot be stored at TNP.
