Our mission to build community through exceptional access to the power of theatre reaches far beyond our classrooms and stages. Arts Access brings together the programs, resources, and partnerships that remove barriers and open the door to people of all abilities - and use theater to make a positive impact across our community.
Through sensory-friendly experiences, accessibility support, and collaborations with more than 45 local organizations, we are expanding how theatre can serve its community. By meeting people where they are — from the Collier County Sheriff's office, to schools, the Naples Comprehensive Health (NCH) hospitals, senior centers, and neighborhood programs — we are showing how the arts can foster connection, understanding, and meaningful change.

Corporate & Community Training
Workshops use simple theatre and improvisation techniques to help teams communicate better, listen more effectively, adapt under pressure, and build stronger working relationships. Participants learn through active, hands-on exercises and guided debriefs that connect each activity to real workplace skills. Every workshop is led by professional teaching artists and customized to match your organization’s goals, whether you’re looking for a single session or a multi-part training series.
