All of our theaters have wheelchair-accessible seating and companion seats. Ramps, elevators, and courtesy wheelchairs are available. Please see an usher for assistance. Pre-arranged services are available by calling the Box Office before your visit.

In the Kizzie Theater, the following seats have swivel armrests for easier transitioning: E1, E27, H1, H32, L1, L33.
In the Kizzie Theater, seats in row F can be removed for wheelchair or scooter seating, as well as sections Q, R, S, T.

In the Price Studio Theater, seats in rows A, D, G can be removed for wheelchair or scooter seating.

In the Glass Educational Theater, seats in rows A or B can be removed for wheelchair or scooter seating.

Accessible Parking: Wheelchair-accessible parking is located on all levels of the adjacent garage, and curbside drop-off is located off of 4th Ave. S, or in the alley located off of 8th St. S.

Assistive Listening Devices are always available in all 3 venues. Please visit the Access Concierge located at the Box Office.

Several options exist:

1. handheld/over-the-neck devices can be used as a UHF transmitter, or as over-the-ear headphones.
2. Using your cell phone, download the ListenEverywhere app. Once you arrive at the theater, connect to our “Assisted Listening” wifi network and you’ll be able to connect our system directly to your Bluetooth compatible device or hearing aid! REMEMBER to turn the “background” noise on your hearing aid to OFF, so that the sound in the theater does not conflict with the sound being sent to your hearing-aid through the system.

The Kizzie Theater features a brand-new sensory-friendly booth for individuals and families with sensory processing disorders to enjoy every performance at The Naples Players. Special accommodations include…

• A private entrance with an elevator for limited crowd interaction
• Adjustable lighting and sound
• The ability to tint the window of the booth to reduce the impact of strobe lighting
• No audience participation, or actors in the aisle
• Patrons are free to talk and leave their seats during the performance for standing and movement
• Wheelchair accessibility

These relaxed performances are for patrons with autism, Down syndrome and sensory processing disorders, and include accommodations such as:

• Lower sound level, especially for startling or loud sounds;
• Lights remain on at a low level in the theater during the performance;
• A reduction of strobe lighting or lighting focused on the audience;
• Patrons are free to talk and leave their seats during the performance;
• Designated quiet areas within the theater;
• Space throughout the theater for standing and movement;
• Limited crowds and visitors at the theatre during the day and timing of the performance; and
• TNP staff and volunteers trained to be inviting and accommodating to families’ needs.

Our Sensory Bags provide self-regulation tools such as communication cards, noise dampening headphones, fidget toys, and weighted lap pads. These are available for check-out, free of charge, from our Box Office during any performance.
