Waiting Lists & Rush Tickets
In the event of a sold-out show, patrons can be added to a waitlist. The process is as follows:
- The waitlist is operated on a first come first serve basis.
- Patrons may call or stop by in person at the Box Office starting on the Monday of the week of the performance to put their name on the waitlist.
- Patrons must place a card on-file to be placed on the waitlist. Cash deposits are no longer accepted.
- If seats do become available throughout the day, we will contact you via the phone number we have on file. Please note that if we attempt to contact you but do not hear back, we will have to contact the next person on our waitlist to service as many of our patrons as possible. We are unable to hold seats.
- Patrons may also sign up for Rush Tickets beginning two hours before a performance. If the patron can be sat at that evening’s performance, their card will be retroactively charged the proper ticket amount.
Please contact our Box Office at (239) 263-7990 for more information and details on our Waitlist process.
Gift Tickets
Tickets in the value of a musical ticket, play, or subscriber ticket are all available on-line or through the box office; and can be redeemed in-person, over the phone, or online!
Beverages & Snacks
Alcoholic & Non-Alcoholic Beverages & Snacks are available for your convenience in the lobby. Enjoy select liquors, wines, snacks, candy and sodas. You are welcome to bring these items into the theatre with you, but we politely request that you dispose of any trash on your way out.

Accessibility
From Large Print Playbills to Social Stories, Sensory Friendly bags to Sensory Friendly Seating, among much, much more – we take arts access seriously!
Hearing Assistance devices are available in the lobby. Patrons may use the provided headphones with the lanyards, may select the t-coil setting on the lanyard to cast the production directly to their hearing device; or may use our “Listen Everywhere” technology – a cell phone app that allows you to connect your cell phone to the theater’s sound system, and play the sound through blue-tooth devices connected to your phone.
Children at TNP
Children are welcome at The Naples Players; but parents are cautioned that the theatre environment may not be the most enjoyable atmosphere for children. We kindly ask that adults who bring children be considerate of those around them – and encourage them to participate in The Naples Players Academy of Dramatic Arts education program. Families of children making a disturbance will be asked to leave the theatre.
Audience Reactions
- Encores & ovations are an exciting part of many productions. Please do not attempt to exit the theatre until the house-lights have fully illuminated.
- Fully immerse yourself in the live theatre experience. Power down technology like communication devices once the show begins, and be mindful of glowing screens on phones and watches. Be aware that excessive audience chatter and background noise impacts others’ experience of the show. Your full attention means the world to the performers.
- Feel free to laugh, weep, gasp, and cheer at the show. Your authentic reaction to the performance is what makes live theater exciting and unique!
- Respect your neighbors. Please respect and embrace the reactions of your neighbors, which might be different from your own.
