In the event of a sold-out show, patrons can be added to a wait list. The process is as follows:
- Arrive at the box office two hours before the performance time.
- You will need to make a cash deposit in the amount of the full show ticket price to hold your spot on the list.
- If seats are available, you will be sat in the order on the wait list. If you are not sat you will receive your deposit back in full.
Tickets in the value of a musical ticket, play, or subscriber ticket are all available on-line or through the box office; and can be redeemed in-person, over the phone, or on-line!

Patron Parking is Worry Free with Complimentary Valet Parking and Adjacent Covered Tower Parking
Free Valet parking for patrons is available behind the theatre on 4th Avenue South – provided by Valet 1. Valet service is shared with Truluck’s and Ocean Prime Restaurants.
Free garage parking is available adjacent to the theatre, between 5th Avenue South and 4th Avenue South. Entrances are located on 8th Street South and 4th Avenue South. Overflow parking garage available on 8th Street South and 6th Avenue South.
Latecomers may not be allowed to enter the theatre once a performance has begun. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the performance to ensure you have plenty of time.
