Hairspray (2007 Movie)

Hairspray (2007 Movie)

: Feb 16 @ 12 am

Rated PG; 1 hour 57 minutes

It’s 1962, the 50’s are out and change is in the air. Tracy Turnblad, a girl with big hair, big dreams and an even bigger heart auditions for a spot on "The Corny Collins Show" and wins. She becomes an overnight celebrity, a trendsetter in dance, fun and fashion. Perhaps her new status as a teen sensation is enough to topple Corny's reigning dance queen and bring racial integration to the show. This 2007 film version is based on the 2003 Tony Award-winning Broadway musical and includes a stellar cast and crew as well as new songs added to its award-winning score.
