Renew Your Subscription online

Renewing your subscription online is easy and gives you access to your My Naples Players ticket portal. Once you renew your subscription online, you can do the following with your account.

What can you do with My Naples Players?
View a list of all your tickets from one web page.
Purchase additional tickets for friends and family at your $35 subscriber rate.
Exchange your tickets for alternate show dates for free.
Update your account information including your password, credit cards, email address and more.
Add notes to each ticket to track how you use them.
Forward tickets to a friend electronically.

Why you should use My Naples Players?
It’s as convenient as your mobile phone or computer and it’s accessible 24/7 so you can manage your tickets at any time. Your My Naples Player account is secure and transactions are safe and password protected.

RENEWALS are available through May 1, 2018. Your 2017 season seats will be held in reserve through May 1, 2018. Subscription seats not renewed by May 1 will be released to the public.

STEP 1 – This is how your log-in page to “My Tickets” will appear.

IMPORTANT- PLEASE DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED TICKETS ONLINE IN THE PAST YEAR. If you have purchased tickets with TNP online in the past year, and create a new account, you will no longer be able to access your ticket history. Please login using your email and the password you created. If you forgot your password, please click the purple retrieve password button and the option to reset your password will be sent to you.

IF YOU HAVE NEVER PURCHASED TICKETS ONLINE WITH TNP, please use the email and password provided to you in the email you received from TNP.

STEP 2If you have NEVER logged into TNP’s ticketing system before, you are a NEW USER. This step is for NEW users only, the first time you log into your account, you will see “Terms of Use.” Scroll to the bottom to click “Accept.”

STEP 3 – When you log-in, you will be directed to your “My Account” Page – where you can confirm that your billing address matches the credit card you will be using. (NOTE the “TO DO LIST” button in the top menu has a “1” notification; indicating this is where you go to renew your subscription.)

STEP 4 – This is your “TO DO LIST” Page.

STEP 5 – Click the checkbox next to your order number, and In the dropdown menu select “internet payment” (the only option). To continue with your order click “renew.”

STEP 6 – Now you can select a delivery method. (“Will Call,” “Mail,” or “Tickets@home”)

STEP 7 – This is the next page, where you will select “Add Credit Card” from the dropdown under “Payment Method”

STEP 8 – This is the “add Credit Card” window that appears. Once you add a credit card – you will be returned to the screen in STEP 7 and click “Submit Payment.”
