Online Classes

Virtual (Online) Learning is offered by some of the world’s top-ranked institutions. With courses available from Improv to Dance, families are increasingly turning to online learning as a viable alternative to solve financial and transportation issues. It could allow you to study at The Naples Players even if you’re not in the country!

Advances in technology now allow students to study online while still socializing with classmates, watching lectures, and participating in technique-based on-camera arts education.

About Online Classes

Led by Broadway director Samantha Saltzman (MATILDA), opera star Helen Tintes-Schuerman, and Naples Players favorites Katie Cross, Rachael Lord, Jill Demchak, Mary Anne McKerrow, and Craig Price, these classes are designed to allow people of all ages and ability the opportunity to explore the artistic process from anywhere.

Director of Education Hester Kamin said, “We have been working tirelessly with our theatre colleagues from around the world to figure out how to create programming that can reach people in their homes. It engages people of all ages, connects our community, and builds bridges through participation in the performing arts.”

Utilizing Zoom, The Naples Players is employing the best tools available to us to serve the community online. Classes range from Preschool Acting to Adult Tap Classes; and our renowned teachers are both local and nationally located, a benefit of having virtual class.

“We’re bringing together the minds of Broadway with the minds of our local teachers; and we invite our community to come together virtually to sing, dance, laugh, and learn from the arts together” continued Kamin.
